Team Fee: $700
(13 Week Session)
Individual Fee: $125*
Please note -->
- For organizational purposes, individuals are $125/each and
individual teams will have a minimum of 8- players per team
- There will be a site co-ordinator on location each week to
supervise the gyms/teams, answer questions, manage the
equipment etc.
- There will be NO referees, teams will be required to referee
themselves and keep score (score boards will still be provided),
however, if you would like to volunteer (or know high school
students who would) to score or referee, then we would be happy
to have you!
- Teams will play 2 games against every team that evening.
2 Games to 25 Points, cap at 25.
For the Weekday League you will play 3-Games to
21-Points, cap at 21 or 30-minutes.
(There will be a time cap in order to ensure that all games can be
played, so please ensure that time between games is kept at a
minimum)

I want to register as an individual/couple as I/we don't
have a team, so how do I/we pay a team fee?
You will be required to pay an individual fee, not the team fee. The league
coordinator will then place you on a team with other individuals once payment
has been made.
What does this team fee cover?
Your fee covers 13 weeks of volleyball at 2 hours per night, Gym rental fees,
Site Co-ordinator Fee, Equipment purchase and maintenance, Insurance, Administration (website, forms, printing, photocopying), CC fees, Uniforms, etc.
How can our team make payment?
One person (usually the team captain) is responsible for making the payment.
We will not be taking individual payments. There are 3 ways to make payment:
1) CASH on last night of previous season paid to site coordinator
2) CERTIFIED BANK DRAFT mailed/given to club manager or site coordinator
3) PAY ONLINE when registering online using credit card
during registration (2.75% fee will be applied)
4) EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER - send to arroyovballclubs@gmail.com use the password "volleyball" for your transaction.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT PERSONAL CHEQUES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and
PAYMENT IS DUE UPON REGISTRATION -
NO PAY NO PLAY
